Students Magic Link
Students will have their own magic link. They can go to the CutTime login page and click Students under the “Need your SMS magic link re-sent?” to receive their link. Or they can use this direct link. Remember, STUDENTS and EACH GUARDIAN have their own unique magic link to login!

Band and Guard Program Fees
Guardians will automatically receive text messages when fees are posted to accounts (see student/guardian notifications walkthrough above). Students/Guardians can log into their accounts at any time and view their balance, pay fees, or request others to share in fee payments. CutTime is a mobile friendly application, and most notifications will be sent to a registered active mobile number or email.
Fee Collection
Most band fees, including all preseason fees, are due at or before the "Big Meeting". The meeting typically happens every year at the end of July and collection table opens around 6:30pm. For payment of all fees, you have multiple options...see below:
Important: When new Fees are posted in CutTime, if you have an “overpaid” amount on your account, CutTime will automatically apply excess funds to the fee posted. See fundraising credits on the next page for details. (Overpaid = account credit)
Paying Online in CutTime
CutTime uses a third-party payment platform called Swipe to process credit card, debit card, and some newer electronic payment methods. If you need help, the link below has a video which can walk you through this process.
Paying Online CutTime Student/Guardian Walkthrough
- An Important Note with Online Payments:
-
- There is a 3% fee added onto the final transaction total for third party processing with Swipe in CutTime (Charms was a 2.5% fee).
Paying with Cash or Check
Fees may also be paid by check or cash at the "Big Meeting" (There will be a table in the line-up). The Band Booster mailbox in the main band room in front of Mr. Graham’s office can also be used throughout the year for payment drop-off (checks only, no cash please).
Notes Regarding Cash or Check Payments
- Please Make all checks payable to the Grove City High School Band Boosters.
- Before dropping off payments in the Booster mailbox, please make sure payments are properly labeled (who/what/where/when/why) and sealed in an envelope.
- Should a need for multiple or bulk payments arise, please contact the

Fundraising Credits (“Overpaid”)
The funds accrued from all fundraising activities will display and function differently than Charms. There is no longer a MISC ledger where these funds were stored (and then could be applied to specific fees). Fundraising credits are now directly integrated into a single ledger and show up as “overpaid” in the summary screens.
Notes with Fundraising Credits in CutTime
- Any overpayments on the account will automatically be applied to newly posted fees. Email

- Example 2: Your account is $300 overpaid. New fees totaling $500 are added to your account. Your account will now reflect a balance due of $200.
- Fundraising credits posted to your account following an event will trigger an automatic text notification to the Student/Guardian phone number on file.
